Mark Lynch is an English professional footballer who played as a defender between 2001 and 2012. During his career he played for such English and Scottish clubs as Manchester United, St Johnstone, Sunderland, Hull City, Yeovil Town, Rotherham United, Stockport County and Altrincham . Biography
Mark Lynch was born on September 2, 1981 in Manchester (England). He began his football career at Manchester United, where he played from 2001 to 2004. The young defender failed to make his debut in the main part of the Red Devils, due to high competition, because in those years such masters of the defensive line as Juan Sebastian Veron, Laurent Blanc, Rio Ferdinand, Gary Neville, Gabriel Heinze and others played for the club. To improve playing practice, Mark Lynch was sent on loan to Scottish club St. Johnstone in the 2001/02 season from the Premiership. In total, he played 20 matches here during the season.
Upon returning to"Manchester United" the player began to play in the understudies. In March 2003, he made his debut for the Mancunians in a match against Deportivo de La Coruña in the UEFA Champions League. In the same match, he scored his first goal for the team.
Sunderland career, Premier League debut

Retirement
