The future president of Karachay-Cherkessia was born in 1950 in the village of Dzhangi-Dzher Kyzyl (Kyrgyzstan) in a family of immigrants. As is known from the history of the USSR, many Caucasian peoples during the Patriotic War were forcibly evicted from their native villages and mountain villages and transported to Central Asia. Only in the late 50s did many of them receive permission to return to their homeland andstart life again.

Ebzeev Boris Safarovich was born far from the land of his ancestors, on foreign Kyrgyz land, and lived there for the first 7 years of his life. In 1957, his family returned to their native land and settled in the city of Karachaevsk. The boy went to secondary school N 3, studied well and dreamed of becoming a lawyer. In order to enter a law school, he needed to have two years of work experience behind him (this was a prerequisite for entering the institute), so after graduating from school in 1966 he got a job as a carpenter, and then as a concrete worker in one of the construction organizations in his city.

Education

In 1967, Ebzeev Boris Safarovich, whose family was very proud of the achievements and successes of his son, entered the Law Institute of Saratov. During his studies, for excellent academic performance, he became a Lenin scholarship holder (the highest student achievement in the USSR). As a third-year student, in 1971 he became a delegate to the First All-Union Student Meeting. It was then that Boris was awarded the government award "For Valiant Labor". Then there was graduate school, which he completed ahead of schedule, defending his dissertation and receiving a PhD in law. Career

Legislative activity

Ebzeev Boris Safarovich is a co-author of a number of bills and laws, for example, the draft Constitution of the Russian Federation. For this, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation and a prize. He is also the author of the Constitution of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (1991), the Law "On the Constitutional Court" of the Russian Federation. As a legal scholar B. S. President of Karachay-Cherkessia
