In South Korea, you can see quite a good picture - the country can rightfully be called musical and cheerful, and people - happy. The music industry is actively developing there, the film industry is actively filming popular dramas all over the world.

Due to such striking differences, one gets the feeling that the countries are located at opposite poles of the planet.

Reasons for differences

While South Korea is a country of prosperity and democratic norms, the North, in turn, is quite poor. At the same time, both countries hate each other. Why is this happening and how did it happen that two countries with almost the same history, name and location are at enmity with each other? Where is North Korea and where does it stand in international recognition?

The reason for this hatred is ideology. After the surrender of Japan in 1945, two ideologies gain power over Korea: communist over the north, and capitalist over the south. One excludes the other, and naturally the country is divided into two parts, military conflicts begin.

This situation has become the basis of the myth that Americans do not know where North Korea is.

Development in Korean countries

South Korea is making a lot of progress, from demographics to culture, by many. And although the majority of the population of both countries areKoreans, the whole world is waiting for the outcome of the long-term conflict between the two Asian countries.

Can it be assumed that at one moment the two Koreas will unite with each other and begin to act together? Indeed, with the high development of the economy in South Korea, the North is gradually degrading. Maybe a truce between the two countries will give life to the north, and then there will be no question about where North Korea is?

Unfortunately, this issue is relevant for the whole world, but completely irrelevant for the Korean Peninsula. Still, political views sometimes not only influence the positive factors in the development of countries, but can also destroy them.
