Andrey Viktorovich Gorodilov is the first deputy chairman of the government and governor of Chukotka. He is the Minister of Industrial and Agricultural Policy of the region. He is also known as the former head of the Siberian Oil Company concern.

Our hero was born on July 18, 1970 in the beautiful city of Surgut. The future official grew up in an ordinary provincial family, was good at school and, apparently, did not even think about a political career. In 1993, Andrey Viktorovich Gorodilov graduated with honors from the Samara State Aircraft Building University, having received a diploma of a metallurgical engineer, quite prestigious for the Soviet era. The three main cities in his life are Surgut, Samara and Anadyr.
In the early nineties, in the midst of economic reforms and privatization, Andrei Viktorovich Gorodilov was able to get a job as a process engineer at a large Neftemash plant. Being a workaholic by nature, he has achieved great success in this field.
Very fasthe was noticed by the right people, and became deputy chief engineer of the Noyabrskneftegaz enterprise, and a year and a half later he completely headed the Moscow branch of the Sibneft company. Our hero very quickly rose to the status of vice president of the company, and it was a very big success, especially by the standards of the dashing nineties.
Work in Chukotka
In 2001, Gorodilov moved to Chukotka, where he held various administrative positions over the next few years. Today, he is de facto one of the leaders of this region and, without a doubt, is a member of the ruling elite. He oversees many civil, social, administrative and economic initiatives in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Despite his imposing appearance and high financial status, Andrey Viktorovich Gorodilov is still single.
