Place at Inkombank

Kuznetsov Alexey Viktorovich was born in Moscow in 1962. At the age of 23, he received a diploma from the capital's financial institute in the direction of "finance and lending". In October 1985, the future finance minister began work as a design engineer and economist at the computer center of the Soviet State Bank.
