Grifola curly (otherwise ram-mushroom) is one of the largest types of tinder fungus - amazing objects of the mushroom kingdom, attached with lateral legs or fruit body to trees, old stumps, dead wood. The upper part of the legs and the underside of the caps are covered with a spore-bearing finely tubular layer; the color of the outer surface, depending on the degree of illumination, varies from gray-greenish to gray-pink tones. The central stump is thick and short. Secondary legs are flat, grayish or cream when dry. The pulp is brittle, white, with a pleasant, persistent, rich mushroom aroma and a specific nutty taste.
