Education

Klepach Andrey Nikolayevich was born in 1959, on March 4, in the city of Moscow. After school, he entered Moscow State University, the Faculty of Economics. The main idea of this project, developed with the participation of Andrei Klepach, is the development and improvement of Russia. By 2020, in terms of GDP, the Russian Federation should enter the top five leading countries along with China, India, Japan and the United States, while overtaking Germany. Klepach Andrei Nikolaevich believes that at the moment Russia is once again facing a choice: to join the achievements of Western civilization or to find its own path of development. He argues that our country should create a center of power in the territory of post-Soviet Eurasia by combining the strategic potential of Russia, the energy resources of the Caspian Sea and the industrial assets and human capital of Ukraine. Andrei Nikolayevich believes that this union has a great future and names the numbers, according towhich the scale of the Russian economy will increase by more than a third. Klepach argues that Russia should be not only an economic but also a spiritual leader in the new community of states. He calls this association “the club of friends of Russia.”

Private life

Klepach Andrey Nikolaevich, whose family consists of his wife, daughter and recently born grandson, is happily married. His family is constantly supporting him. Colleagues speak of him as an excellent professional and a wonderful intelligent person. The official has more than fifty scientific publications.
