At the end of the same year, Dmitry was offered to become Andrei Kozyrev's deputy, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but he refused. In the spring of 1992, Rogozin began to create an inter-party structure, the purpose of which was to unite the Cadets, Christian Democrats and Social Democrats. In the spring of the following year, he not only created, but also led the movement, which included communities, Russian fraternities, public and political organizations. Dmitry Rogozin, whose biography is full of facts and events, began to actively gain momentum: he participated in elections, worked as a deputy, chairman of the State Duma, and was responsible for successful negotiations with the EU. In the winter of 2003, he became a member of the United Russia party.
