After receiving a school certificate, our heroine entered one of the universities in the city of Sumy. There she studied philology. Despite the fact that this education had nothing to do with sports, she enjoyed the learning process immensely.

Biathlon

The very first and major achievement in Vita Semerenko's sports career was her participation in the World Youth Championship, which was held in Finland. Then, in 2005, the girl returned to her homeland with two silver medals. After that, our heroine trained more hard and hoped for a more serious prize at the 20th Olympic Games. Despite this, the girl did not take part in these competitions. At that time, her sister Valya went to Italy. She also took biathlon seriously after school and decided to dedicate her whole life to this sport.

In the summer of 2006, Vita Semerenko went to Ufa, where the World Championship was held. There she washer sister's main competitor. Vita considers cooking and embroidery to be her hobbies. Also in her free time, she takes care of her son, devotes herself to her husband and family hearth. The girl loves to watch figure skating on TV with her husband.
