Anna Shcherbinina went to biathlon, like everyone else, to win. And the girl did it. Yes, Anya has not yet "run" to victories at the World Cup. But she also has other achievements: for example, in 2015 she became the champion of Russia in the individual 15 km race and took second place in the super sprint. In the same 2015, she became the champion of Russia in the individual race at the national championship.

Now she has become even cooler to understand emotionalproblems of an athlete, because now she is a sports neurocoach. Since I am an extremely emotional and emotional person, with its help I regulate my emotions, and it really becomes better and easier for me to endure physical activity, and in general to live, you learn to approach everything more reasonably, including training.

Anna, according to her colleagues, is a surprisingly cheerful and open person. Considering her experience as an athlete, education as an educational psychologist and personal qualities, there is no doubt that she will succeed as a sports coach.
