Viktor Sidnev was born and raised in Yaroslavl. He studied at school number 9. Victor's favorite school subject was physical education. He repeatedly took part in basketball competitions and was the captain of the regional team. As is known from the biography of Viktor Sidnev, he was very fond of this sport, however, as he himself later said, he could not become a professional basketball player because of his small stature.
After leaving school, during the Soviet Union, the young man went to Moscow, where he became a student at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. There he studiedexplored space, aerophysics. A little later, Viktor Sidnev decided to change the direction of his studies and moved to the Physics and Energy Department.
There was a period in this man's life when he was seriously engaged in political activities for several years, but the man failed to make a career in this direction.
Despite the fact that Sidnev was married twice, he is a great family man. From his first wife, he has two daughters who live with their mother. Currently, Victor lives with his second wife, and together they are raising two daughters.
Among the main hobbies of this wonderful person are:

Viktor was a responsible and exemplary student. In addition, while studying at the institute, Viktor Sidnev was actively engaged in social activities. In the future, when the man had already become a well-known connoisseur, in his interviews he always spoke warmly and sincerely about the years spent at the institute, where Sidnev was able to gain good knowledge. After graduating from a higher institution, Viktor Sidnev became a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. During this period, he was engaged in the study of about thirty scientific papers aimed at studying the hydrodynamics of plasma. Viktor Sidnev became known throughout the country thanks to his participation in the television intellectual show "What? Where? When?" Just at that time, the qualifying round was taking place, in which he decided to take part, to test his mental abilities. Beginning in 1979, Sidnev was already a permanent member of the intellectual club. Over time, he was awarded awards:
- "Crystal Owl";
- "The best captain".
Victor has been leading his team for several years. The Intellectual Club Society considers Sidnev one of the best and calmest experts, who has excellent intuition and excellent team management.
