Svetlana Anatolyevna Nazarenko, better known as Aya, is the vocalist of the Gorod 312 group. At one time she made a real breakthrough in show business, collected stadiums and won the love of millions of fans from all over Russia and from neighboring countries.

The future show business star was born on October 17, 1970 in the city of Bishkek, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. Her parents are representatives of professions that have absolutely nothing to do with creativity, but singing in the family was very much appreciated.

Nine years after the birth of Svetlana, she had a younger brother, who was named Alexei.

When the girl was seven years old, she was sent to a children's choir, where she immediately began to solo. In 1982, Sveta performed at the republican festival of folk art, where she was noticed by one of the best teachers of vocal art - Rafail Sarlykov.

The teacher liked the girl so much that he immediately invited her to perform in his ensemble called "Araket". This group performed national songs of the peoples of the Soviet Union, andalso German, Spanish, Latin American songs. The ensemble often went on tour around the country, earned fame, even won the All-Union Political Song Festival in Moscow. But for the young Svetlana Nazarenko, this did not seem like a great achievement - she did not want to be just one of the vocalists, the ambitious girl longed for the glory of the soloist and therefore left the ensemble.

Further activities

Svetlana Nazarenko came up with a pseudonym for herself, under which she will perform - Aya. She began to constantly participate in various competitions, concerts, festivals that were held in the Union, achieved more and more success, won prizes.

After winning the competitions, the girl decided to consolidate her success and began to record a record. Her first albums were Magnetic Night and Broken Radio.

But this was not enough for the girl, she understood that she would never realize her full potential in Kyrgyzstan.

The appearance of the group "City 312"

In 2001, Svetlana graduated from the Institute of Arts and rushed off to conquer the capital of Russia, taking with her two friends - Dmitry and Leonid Pritul. They created a group they called "City 312" - after their hometown of Bishkek (312 is its telephone code).

Svetlana Nazarenko became the soloist of the group.

Conquering Moscow turned out to be much more difficult than Kyrgyzstan. The five of them lived in a small apartment, ate what they had to. But after a coupleover the years, the group has become famous. First, they won the "Rainbow of Talents" contest. Then their famous hits "Out of Access" and "Turn around" began to sound from every courtyard, every car in Moscow, they began to give concerts in the best halls of the capital.

When the films "Day Watch", "Waiting for a Miracle" and "Peter FM" were released, the group's popularity reached its peak.

Photos of Svetlana Nazarenko and her group began to appear in all the tabloids, their performances drew crowds of people.

The popularity of Aya and her music increased even more when she appeared in the musical parody project "Just Like It".

A noteworthy fact about the group "City 312": the contract with Real Records was signed on December 3, 2005 - 3.12.

Personal life of Svetlana Nazarenko

Svetlana carefully hides her personal life from everyone. She says that she has a soulmate, but the singer does not want to tell anyone about him and make their relationship public.

Svetlana, aka Aya, like any native of the East, always keeps her house clean and comfortable and does not allow a man to cook, clean or do laundry. Svetlana believes that these are only women's activities. In response, a woman wants to receive care and fidelity from her beloved.

Aya already has a grown daughter. She graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and works in the field of diplomacy. She has excellent hearing, just a phenomenal memory and a wonderfulEnglish, as Svetlana said in one of the interviews. In addition, Svetlana's daughter sings beautifully, but she did not connect her life with music.

Aya admits that she is very homesick for her homeland and tries to get out there as often as possible.
