The experts also noted that, despite the fact that, according to the results of the studies, the capital turned out to bethe most attractive city, there is a very difficult situation with the availability of housing.
As for the cities in Siberia and the Urals, a rather harsh climate placed them in a higher position in this rating, because such indicators were also taken into account.
