Politicians in Russia have recently especially intensified their work due to the large number of problems that have arisen against the backdrop of deteriorating relations with Western countries and the strife that has arisen within the state itself. But in this cohort there are also such servants of the people, which should be discussed in more detail. One of them is Franz Adamovich Klintsevich. The biography of this person is interesting for many reasons.

Birth

The future statesman was born on June 15, 1957 in the Grodno region in Belarus, the city of Oshmyany.

In 1972 he successfully completed his studies at the Kreivantsev eight-year school, and two years later he received a complete secondary education at school number 1 (Oshmyany). For two months he worked as a teacher of drawing, physical education and labor.

Service

In 1975, Franz Adamovich Klintsevich, whose biography is given in the article, was drafted into the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union and was assigned to an intelligence battalion in the city of Borisov. Literally a year later, the young soldier received a referral to the Sverdlovsk Military Tank Artillery School. In 1986, he studied at the courses of political workers for officers at the Ministry of Defense. After that, he fought in Afghanistan for two years as part of the 40th Army. In 1990 he became deputy head of the All-Russian Association of Veterans of Afghanistan, and in 1995 he was elected head of this organization.

In 1991 he received a diploma from the Military-Political Academy named after Lenin. A year later, he ended up in Moscow, where he focused on working in the government commission responsible for the welfare of the military. In 1993, he was a participant in the execution of the White House.

Political activities

In 1995, Franz Adamovich Klintsevich (his biography contains many curious facts) joined the Council of an organization called "Reforms - a New Course".

At the end of 1999, he ended up in the ranks of the Russian parliament of the third convocation, where he joined the committee in charge of social policy.

In 2001 he began to work in the Presidium of the United Russia party. Almost at the same time, within the walls of the Academy of Civil Service, he successfully defended his dissertation in psychology, thanks to which he became a candidate of science.

In 2002 FranzAdamovich Klintsevich, whose nationality is Belarusian, began his work as a secretary in the Chechen regional branch of United Russia.

A year later, the deputy was again re-elected to the country's highest legislative body. In the Duma of the 4th convocation, he was assigned membership in the defense committee.

2004 was marked for the people's choice by the end of his studies at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Russian Federation.

In 2007 and 2011 Franz Adamovich Klintsevich, whose biography inspires respect for him, received the right to work as a deputy in the State Dumas of the 5th and 6th convocations.

On September 28, 2015, the governor of the Smolensk region issued a decree providing for Klintsevich's entry into the Council of the Russian Federation. And just two days later, Franz was appointed to the position of deputy head of the committee responsible for the defense and security of the Russian Federation.

Initiatives

At the end of December 2014, Franz Adamovich Klintsevich (the Federation Council is one of the places of his service to the state) made his proposal, which concerned the supply of weapons to the Donbass in the event that the United States decides to provide the Ukrainian army with lethal weapons.

In early 2015, the politician became one of the authors of amendments to the law, providing for the delivery of subpoenas to the army using registered letters. Also, potential innovations prohibited draft dodgers from leaving Russia and working in the public service for five years. Initially, these amendments were approved by the relevant committee of the State Duma, however, later in the fully adopted law, some of theseKlintsevich's proposals did not pass.

In 2012, Franz Adamovich publicly announced his desire to purchase the house where Hitler lived, with a view to its subsequent demolition. Moreover, the cost of this housing was more than two million euros.

Scandal situations

In the summer of 2016, the Ruza District Court ruled that Franz Adamovich Klintsevich (the fate of this man is of particular interest to the older generation) was obliged to pay 285,000 rubles to the War Disabled Organization. This is the amount that the rest of the deputy's family in the rehabilitation center named after Likhodia for internationalist soldiers cost for this public association.

Klintsevichi stayed in a medical institution without a mandatory referral from a doctor and did not pay money. As a result, the specified amount was recovered in court. But on June 27, 2017, the Supreme Court declared the decisions of lower instances illegal and therefore the deputy did not compensate anything.

Private life

Klintsevich Franz Adamovich, for whom the family occupied a dominant place in his life, is married to a woman named Larisa Fedorovna. She is currently working as an assistant to People's Deputy Ruslan Yamadayev.

In April 1981, the couple had a son, Alexei, who, like his father, chose the path of a military man, and then a civil servant.
