Biography
Viktor Lukashenko was born on July 2, 1937 in Kyiv, USSR. From an early age, he became interested in football. He studied at the sports school number 1 in Kyiv. He is a pupil of Kyiv football coaches Sergei Sinitsa and Oleg Oshenkov. During his football career, he played as a central defender, in rare cases he played as a defensive midfielder. He was mainly a defensive player. The professional career of Viktor Lukashenko (photo below) began in 1955 at Dynamo Kiev. In subsequent years, the football player played for teams such as SKVO (Sverdlovsk), Arsenal Kyiv, Lokomotiv Vinnitsa and Metallurg Zaporozhye.
Career at Dynamo Kyiv
In 1957, as part of the Dynamo Kyiv club, ViktorLukashenka became the champion of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union. Victor was a brave and courageous defender. He had good reaction, speed, strength and technique. Nevertheless, he could not count on a place in the main team, because at that time there were such masters as Abram Davidovich Lerman, and then Vitaly Mikhailovich Golubev.
In the main national championship, Victor failed to make his debut for a long time. From 1958 to 1959 he played in the "SKVO Sverdlovsk", and in 1959 he returned to the ranks of the "Dynamo". In the 1959/60 season, he played two official matches - both within the framework of the Championship of the Soviet Union. In 1960, he became one of the 33 best football players in Ukraine, and after a while was invited to the national team of the Ukrainian USSR.
Career at Metallurg Zaporozhye
In 1965, the footballer played for Vinnitsa Lokomotiv. At the same time, he received higher education at the Pedagogical Institute.
Victor's most notable career was in Metalurh Zaporozhye, where he played a total of three seasons. During this period, the defender proved himself in 149 official matches, being a regular player of the base. Here he was a leader and a real fighter for victory, for some time he was the captain of the team. As part of the Zaporozhye club, he was repeatedly recognized as the best defender.
Coaching career: start at Metallurg and a gift for Spartak Ivano-Frankivsk
Since 1969, Viktor Lukashenko began his own coaching career. first clubthe young mentor was Metalurh Zaporozhye, where he ended his career as a football player.
In the Zaporozhye club, Viktor revealed all his professional talent, both as a football player and as a coach. In just a year and a half, Lukashenka brought order to the Metallurg squad, and the club became a strong competitor for entering the First League. The young mentor put forward young and promising players, in whom no one had previously seen special abilities. As a rule, the experience, wisdom and intuition of Viktor Avraamovich led to the desired result.
Having worked there until 1971, Lukashenka moved to Ivano-Frankivsk, where he coached the local Spartak from the USSR Second League for a whole season. As a result, he led the team to the First League, after which he left his post. It is noteworthy that when Viktor only headed Spartak, the team was in 23rd place in one of the groups of the second division.

In the period from 1974 to 1976, Viktor Lukashenko was a mentor of the Avangard club from the city of Rivne.
In 1995, Lukashenka coached a Zaporozhye club called Viktor, and was soon recognized as the Honored Coach of Ukraine.
In the period from 1977 to 1990, Viktor coached many clubs: Kristall Kherson, Dnepr Cherkasy, Dnepr Dnipropetrovsk, Dynamo Makhachkala, Kuibyshev Krylya Sovetov and Tula Arsenal.
