He was attracted to Soviet cinema and wanted to become a director when he grew up. But fate made its own adjustments to his life. Having received a matriculation certificate, he decided to choose his father's profession, enrolling in the capital's engineering and construction university. However, after graduating from the Faculty of Engineering and Economics in 1994, the young man quickly realized that he was unlikely to be able to seriously get rich in the construction industry. At the beginning of the 2000s, he will become a graduate of the Academy of Finance under the Government of the Russian Federation.
