Lyubertsy Fields is one of the districts of the Moscow region. in the eastern part, which is currently under construction. From the point of view of administrative division, it is referred to as Nekrasovka. We will learn more about this area later in the article.

Backstory

Previously, there were aeration areas with sewage treatment plants. Lyubertsy fields today have become a residential area, where a large number of Muscovites and visitors are accommodated. Then there was a territory separate from the capital, which was already beginning to be filled with skyscrapers. Only since the summer of 2011, the Lyubertsy fields became part of the territory of the region.

This place itself has quite a long and rich history. The Lyuberetsky fields began to function in 1912. Then they designed the sewerage of the city of Moscow. From the fields, sewage passed to the central pumping station, bypassing the canal outside the city. In 1960, cleaning facilities were developed that met the requirements of modern times. Gradually, the Lyubertsy fields became not such a significant place and they were no longer used.

Construction

The capital of Russia is the city for whichcharacterized by rapid expansion and development. Therefore, the question of the development of a new area is being raised. At the moment, project developers are working to bring the sites filled with silt into a state in which they can be used for urban development. In total, 4 million square meters should go under housing. Nekrasovka (Lyubertsy fields) should become not just a sleeping area, where only residential skyscrapers will be located, but also contain objects of cultural significance and a social role. The land is leased, the area of which is 426 hectares. A scheme was drawn up that stipulates the planning of this territory, which is part of the Moscow Region.

Lyubertsy fields (Nekrasovka district) are of great importance for the development of the entire district. This also applies to the city center itself, since this way it will be possible to unload it. The territory is planned to be actively used for housing and other important buildings. When it was decided what direction and content the work carried out here would have, they began to seriously analyze the issue and developed the concept of urban planning and the development of local land. The Lyubertsy fields really have unusual soil, because it contains a lot of silt. In addition, this project is of great importance for Moscow as a whole.

Inclusion in the capital

June 2011 was the period when the mayor S. Sobyanin and the governor of the region B. Gromov jointly signed a decree that the Lyubertsy fields and the capital land will be separated by a border. This bill was backed by the approvalregional parliamentarians. As a result, 579 hectares, which were occupied by former aeration fields, joined Moscow, leaving the composition of its surrounding lands. Changes in the position of the border were approved by the Federal Council in July 2011.

In September of the same year, the Moscow City Duma introduced changes in the regulations, based on which this land can be considered part of Nekrasovka.

Interchange

Many local residents are daily subway users. Lyubertsy fields are connected with other territories by the Nekrasovka station. In addition, you can catch a bus here. There is a connection with Vykhino, Kozhukhov and Novokosin microdistricts.

Lyubertsy fields are very attractive for life. "Nekrasovka" (park) is a complex of comfortable and modern new buildings. Development continues to occur and goes by leaps and bounds. This is a small separate city, decorating a large metropolitan capital. New houses are constantly being built, each new one getting better than its predecessor.

There is another residential complex nearby called Krasnaya Gorka. Thanks to such buildings, the city of Lyubertsy is becoming an increasingly elite place for buying a home. You will love it here if you are a big fan of wildlife. There is a place to have an unforgettable picnic on the green grass. You just need to drive a little deeper into the area. Then you will discover picturesque reservoirs and lakes, crystal ponds, rivers merrily running along their course and quarries fromsand.

Regarding the project

In total, it is planned to build eight blocks where residential buildings will be located. In addition, the local population will be able to use the services of two clinics. Citizens will send their children to one of ten kindergartens. Older children will choose from 7 local schools.

Sports can be practiced in the recreational and sports complex, the car can be parked at six ground-type parking lots (a total of 3,610 spaces are planned). On the first floors of the houses, shopping centers and facilities operating in the social and domestic sphere will operate. Summing up, we see that more than 2 million square meters will be given over to non-residential and residential real estate, which shows how ambitious this project is.

As for the sequence of work, kindergartens and schools will be built in parallel with new buildings consisting of apartments. Thus, having moved here, a person will face a situation in which everything in a completely new house is already ready for his full and comfortable life. In addition, there will be parking for guests. The area has been landscaped, making this place not only convenient, but also environmentally friendly.

Current status

Future residents of the complex are looking forward to the construction of four new buildings in block number 10, 3 - in the 11th. This architectural composition will be complemented by a kindergarten and a school. There is a shopping complex here.

People are slowly moving intohousing and speak positively about everything they had to face. Completion of all work on the arrangement of this point is planned for the end of this year. The area is developing rapidly and has not yet acquired all the magnificence and power that is planned to be received in the end. Soon all the infrastructure facilities that are specified in the plan will be put into operation. By car, it will take 10 minutes to get to the Mega-Belaya Dacha shopping complex, where there is almost everything you need for life. Other hypermarkets are also nearby.

Kindergartens and schools are already functioning where you can send your child. If you want to instill in your child a love for art, before the school named after M. Balakirieva is only 20 minutes away. In Europe, this institution is well known for the quality of education.

Opinion of residents

People like a large selection of apartments of different layouts and design styles, among which everyone finds a place where it is convenient for him to live. In total, this is 6500 residential premises.

You can choose housing on floors 17-25 or closer to the ground. Everyone has their preferences. Many residents who have settled here love the white dome style.

As for the basement and first floor, many approve of the look of natural stone that the developers imitated here. In each building you can ride on a comfortable elevator. There is no housing on the ground floor and people are very happy that they do not have to run far to the store.

There are also offices and medical facilities. The population approves the plan to establish law enforcement posts here. The telephone exchange works automatically, there is a control room.

Cozy corner

An extremely joyful detail for children and adults is that in every yard you can play tennis, play volleyball, actively relax at the basketball hoop, have fun with a badminton racket. Each child will be able to get to the playground for entertainment. Parents are very happy that such places are located away from the roads on which cars drive. The courtyard can be driven by car.

There are benches where you can sit quietly, flowers bloom in flowerpots, the fragrance and brightness of green grass reign in the flower beds. Litter bins are scattered throughout to keep the area clean with care.
