In different regions, the subsistence minimum is not the same. This is due to different indicators of the economy of the regions and different price levels. In regions with high incomes, the cost of living will be higher.

The value of the indicator is calculated for one month, during which the amount must be spent in full.

Very low subsistence level in Tambov region (8,861 rubles), Orenburg region (8,816 rubles), Lipetsk region (8,734 rubles), Voronezh region (8,966 rubles).

The highest rate in Chukotkaautonomous district - 21,441 rubles, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (20,670 rubles), Nenets Autonomous District (20,460 rubles), Kamchatka Territory (19,555 rubles).

The cost of living in the Kirov region

In the third quarter of 2018, the subsistence minimum in Kirov and the Kirov region amounted to 9,897 rubles. For able-bodied citizens, the minimum is 10,572 rubles, and for a child - 10,121 rubles. The minimum living wage in Kirov for a pensioner (as in all subjects of the Russian Federation) is 8,086 rubles

To receive child benefit, income must not exceed 9,897 rubles. To qualify for reduced fares, you need to receive no more than 14,846 rubles.
