Dmitry Yakubovsky is a we althy and prosperous businessman, born in early September 1963 in the small military town of Bolshevo, Moscow Region. Dmitry Yakubovsky (lawyer) studied at one of the ordinary secondary schools, after which he immediately made an attempt to enter the Leningrad Military Institute named after A. F. Mozhaisky. However, he was not admitted by the selection committee. The young specialist nevertheless managed to get into the military department, however, of the Perm Higher Military Command School, from where he was expelled a year later and drafted into the army.

Immediately after the service, Yakubovsky began a real career upsurge. First, he worked in the prosecutor's office of the then still functioning USSR. Then he was offered a good position in Gossnab, in GlavMosRemont, as well as in the city bar of Moscow. In such a short time, the young specialist was lucky enough to work as a secretary (in the Union of Lawyers under the USSR), and the head of the department of the prosecutor's office of the capital, and the head of the working group of the Ministry of Defense in the Union. By the way, he was removed from his last position very soon due to being too active.
