Station "Kotelniki" is the final southern station of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line of the Moscow Metro. Next to it is the Vykhino-Zhulebinsky district of the South-Eastern administrative district of Moscow. Very close are the small towns of Kotelniki and Lyubertsy. History of the station

The decision to create the station was made by Moscow Mayor Sobyanin in May 2012. The active phase of work began in October of the same year. Another unusual object is the so-called warehouse of forgotten things, which used to be located at the Universitet station. Things lost by passengers at stops and in cars are stored here for six months.
