It is worth noting that the norms of behavior in some situations must be strictly observed. This applies to communication at the official or diplomatic level. Otherwise, very serious consequences may arise, up to a conflict between countries. But this does not mean at all that the rules of conduct in everyday life are less important and can be ignored.
