Career and achievements
James started his career in the English club "Final Fight". As a professional in martial arts, he made his debut in the winter of 2003. Then he defeated the opponent already in the first round with a forearm choke. The loser demanded a rematch, but even there James Thompson won.
After that, he took part in the Combate championships, where he won several times in a row.
But at one of the championships in Georgia, James was defeated by knockout from Tengiz Tedoradze. After that, the former enthusiasm faded away, but soon the fighter againreturned to the ring.
After such brilliant victories, one of the largest fighting organizations in Japan became interested in James. Thompson had an unsuccessful stellar fight. Russian heavyweight Alexander Emelianenko knocked him out in the eleventh second. Despite this, he remained in the organization and later won several victories over famous fighters Giant Silva, Henry Miller, Jon Olav Einemo, Don Fry.
Then again followed a series of failures. It wasn't until 2011 that James Thompson started winning. In 2014, he signed a contract with a major global fighting company and performed brilliantly in the ring, winning by technical knockout.
James Thompson has achieved great success in sports only because of his aspirations and perseverance.
