Aleksey Savinov (photo in the article) is a Moldavian professional ex-football player who played as a central defender. During his career as a player, he managed to play for 11 clubs, among which are Olympia B alti, Hajduk-Sporting (Moldova), Metallurg Zaporozhye, Zakarpattya (Ukraine), Baku (Azerbaijan) and Costuleni (Moldova). In the period from 2003 to 2011, he played in the national team of Moldova - he had 36 official fights.
Alexey Savinov's height is 187 centimeters, weight is about 80 kilograms. He was distinguished by physical data, had good heading skills, a strong blow.
Currently engaged in coaching - worked as an assistant coach in such football teams as Costuleni, Veris and Sheriff. In the last years of his football career, Alexei acted as a playercoach.

Born April 19, 1979 in Chisinau (Moldavian SSR). Started playing football from an early age. He is a graduate of the Chisinau football club "Zimbru". Savinov's first coach was Vyacheslav Ivanovich Karandashov. In 1997, Alexander Savinov began performing at a professional level by signing a contract with the Victoria club (Cahul). He spent only one season here, appearing in the main team only six times during the championship. The following season, the young defender returned to Zimbru, where he played as a substitute.
In 1999, the player moved to Olimpia (B alti), where he quickly adapted and began to regularly appear in the starting lineup. In total, he took part in 31 matches and scored two goals. In 2001, the player moved to Hajduk-Sporting, where he played for six months, after which he left the club.
Career in Ukraine
In 2001, defender Oleksiy Savinov signed a contract with Zaporozhye Metalurh from the Ukrainian Premier League. Here he spent two seasons, playing in 27 matches of the domestic championship. He managed to score one goal for Metallurg.
In 2004, the Moldavian football player moved to Volyn, but very soon he left the team, having played 4 matches for it. In the 2004/05 season, Alexei Savinov played for the Zakarpattya club, where he became a key player. Here he took part in almost all matches of the year and recorded one goal in his statistics.
Since 2006Alexey returns to Moldova where he plays for such clubs as Zimbru and Dacia. Together with Zimbru Alexey Savinov became the owner of the Moldavian Cup 2007.
Playing for "Baku"
In 2008, Savinov moved to the Azerbaijani "Baku", where he subsequently plays in the starting lineup for four seasons. Until 2012, he played sixty-one matches and scored one goal. In the 2011/12 season, he won the Azerbaijan Cup.
Playing coach, career assistant coach
In the spring of 2013, the Moldovan center back returned to his homeland, where he signed an agreement with the Costuleni club. After some time, Savinov became a playing coach here. In 2014, Savinov moved to Veris, where he continued his career as a playing coach, and very soon announced his retirement as a football player.
Since 2015, he began to engage exclusively in coaching - he worked as an assistant coach at Sheriff.
