David Anders Holt is an American film actor, known to the viewer for such roles as Julian Sark in the television series Spy, John Gilbert in The Vampire Diaries.

Biography
David Anders was born in 1981, March 11, in the city of Grant Pass, USA, Oregon.
Family: father and mother of Tony and Jeri Holt. Anders was the youngest child. In addition to him, the older brother Arik and two adopted children Miley and Jason grew up in the family.
From childhood, the young man was fond of sports (tennis, basketball), and in his spare time he played in school plays.
Closer to his 16 years, young David finally decided to connect his life with the film industry. He played his first memorable role on stage in the production of "Jesus Christ Superstar", in which he was the Apostle Philip.
