They led togethera modest life, earning by any available means, and receiving parcels with provisions from Olga's parents.

After being expelled, Andrei immediately went into business, began to bring a good income to the family. The couple had a daughter, Polina. The default in 1998 knocked Bondar down, after the collapse of his business and living without a livelihood, he began to drink. Olga pulled the family herself, practically without leaving the theater. At that time, the daughter had to be arranged for a five-day week. So, Andrey, who did not become an actor, began to blame his wife for his failures, and the couple broke up. When their daughter turned 11, Bondar, who quit alcohol, tried to sue the right to raise a child. Litigation lasted for several years, and this story was actively discussed in the media.
