Moscow is the capital of the Russian Federation, an ancient city and the most populous in all of Europe. At the beginning of this year, the population exceeds 12 million people. Moscow is in the top 10 largest cities in the world. The city has a clear administrative division, where there are administrative districts, which include several districts and / or settlements. At the end of the administrative-territorial reform in the capital, there are 9 administrative districts wholly or partially within the boundaries of the settlement and 3 districts located outside the Moscow Ring Road. Central District

Located in the central part of the capital, a total of 769 thousand people live here. The list of Moscow districts of the Central Administrative District consists of 10 positions. This is the most expensive district, although there is a huge transport problem, the environmental situation is also not the best. The housing stock is represented mainly by buildings of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. New buildings are exclusively premium class, as the land in the area is very expensive.

Oddly enough, but the most dangerous incriminal terms area - Arbat. There are always a lot of outcasts due to the influx of tourists. In general, the entire area is not very favorable environmental conditions, as a huge amount of transport. Almost the same can be said about the Tverskoy district.

North District

The district has 8 largest industrial zones of the capital and is home to 1, 160 million people. The list of Moscow districts of the Northern District is represented by 16 positions. The situation with transport in the district is critical, in many areas, for example, in the same Beskudinsky and Degunino, there is not even a subway. At the same time, there are many new buildings here.

There is also a problem with the environment in the district, and green spaces in general are no more than 10% of the entire territory.

Western District

This is one of the cleanest and most prestigious districts in the capital after the Central Administrative District. There are many higher educational institutions and foreign embassies. The total number of inhabitants is 1.36 million people. There are 13 districts in the CJSC, for the most remote ones a whole metro line is being built, which will stretch to Rasskazovka.

The Troparevo-Nikulino area is famous among the residents of the capital for burglaries, it is not even recommended to leave children alone in the apartment.

Eastern District

1.5 million people live here, but the population density is much lower than the average for the entire city. The list of districts of Moscow VAO consists of 15 positions. The district is characterized as the most unfavorable for living, there is a badtraffic intersection. About 507 hectares are occupied by the industrial zone, so the environmental performance is very poor. There is very little primary real estate, no more than 5% of the total housing stock in all districts of the East Administrative District.

The most intense criminal situation in the Golyanovsky district, many illegal workers live here, and the district itself borders the Moscow Ring Road. Most often here rob and rob. Izmailovo is in second place in terms of crime in this district, the main reason is the abandoned Cherkizovsky market and many forest plantations.

South District

Along with the Central District, it has no territories outside the Moscow Ring Road. It is home to 1.776 million people in 16 districts. It is believed that here there is the most active development in the entire capital, although the roads in the district are the busiest.

North-Eastern District

This is the northern part of the capital, where about 12% of all city residents live - 1,415,283 people. It is here that VDNKh is located, but the district is inactive and densely populated. The list of districts of Moscow in the North-Eastern Administrative District consists of 17 positions, there are many industrial zones, but the “neighborhood” with nature slightly compensates for the negative environmental situation, Losiny Ostrov and the Botanical Garden are located here.

Southeastern District

This is the historical working outskirts of the capital, this is where the industrial potential is concentrated. The county is home to 1.38 million people. Among the local population, the entire list of districts of the city of Moscow located in the SEAD is considered depressive and the cheapest on the real estate market. Residenti althe fund is represented mainly by "Khrushchev" buildings, and in single new buildings the price per 1 square meter is the lowest in the whole city.

The difficult criminal situation in the Vykhino-Zhulebino area, because it is here that the railway station, the market and the car market are located, where thefts often occur. Many socially dangerous elements live in the Kuzminok area: drug addicts and alcoholics, thieves. The situation is bad in the Tekstilshchikov area, there are abandoned enterprises, many railway lines and illegal immigrants, so walking in the evenings and at night is not recommended.

Southwestern District

Located outside the historical boundaries of the capital, it starts from Gagarin Square and extends beyond the Moscow Ring Road, and these are forest park areas. The county has a population of 1.42 million. There are 12 districts here. Experts rate the transport situation as the best in the city.

Northern and Southern Butovo SWAD are leaders in the list of the most criminal areas of the capital. In just 1 day, about 20 crimes occur here. Next comes the Konkovo area, bordering Bitsevsky Park, which often appears in police reports.

Northwestern District

The most environmentally friendly district in the entire capital and region, more than 46% of the entire territory is covered with natural landscapes - forests, protected areas and reservoirs. Almost 1 million people live here and there are 8 districts of Moscow on the list. The transport situation here is also not bad, there are metro stations in allareas, except for the village of Kurkino.

Zelenograd. Located 37 kilometers from the center of Moscow, completely located outside the Moscow Ring Road and the smallest district of the capital, only 239,861 people live here in 5 districts.

Trinity district. Largest county by area in a city with only one settlement (10).

Novomoskovsky district. There are only 216 thousand people in the district, 11 settlements are included (Marushkinskoye, Ryazanovskoye, Vnukovskoye and others). In 2016, two metro stations were opened: Rumyantsevo and Salaryevo. Several stations are under active construction.
