The Constitution of the Russian Federation is the basis of Russia's social policy. Social policy in Russia is also seen in the thirty-seventh article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which states: everyone, without any exceptions, has the right to claim work that will meet all conditions of safety and hygiene, as well as a monetary reward for perfect work. Moreover, the amount of wages should not be less than that established by the Federal Law on the Minimum Wage. To this we can add the right of everyone to the protection of the state from unemployment. It is also noted that the social policy of Russia must necessarily create all conditions for the development of the welfare of the population, encouragingwhile striving for progress. This is what allows the Russian Federation to be a social state and create all conditions for the life of the population. At the same time, taking into account the opinion of everyone, because this allows you to identify those areas in which you need to make changes.
