There are more than 100 industrial enterprises in Kapotnya. Kapotny's air is poisoned by emissions from the refinery. There are only 2 residential districts.

Textile workers are a fairly comfortable area for living, with well-developed infrastructure and transport. It has many industrial enterprises.
