And now let's remember how to jump into the "Rubber". There are ten exercises in total in this game, but their implementation becomes more difficult as soon as the height changes. The easiest level is the first, when the elastic is pulled up to the ankles. And now the exercises themselves.

“Ones” - standing sideways to the rubber band, jump up, while quickly putting one foot in the middle of the “track”, after which we bounce back.

“Twos” - jump with one foot into the middle, then make a jump to the side so that the second leg is in the center, and the first is outside.

"Three" - done in the same way as the previous exercise, with the only difference being that after you "jumped" to the center with one foot, you need to put the second one there, and then jump out in the same way, how they jumped. Previously, such rubber band games were very popular at school and in the yards.

"Fours" - jump on the rubber band so that one foot is on one "half" and the other is on the other. After that, you need to jump up and change legs. Now we jump so as to turn around in the other direction and in the same way get our feet on the rubber bands. Again in the jump, change the position of the legs and jump off.

"Pyaterochki" - the left leg is under the first rubber band, the right one is on it. We make a jump so that the second half of the elastic is under the right foot, and with the left we step on top. You should get a kind of bow, from whichnow you have to jump out with one jump.

Leap into the "Elastic band" further, and the next exercise is called "Gears". It is done like this: having hooked the first half, with both feet we jump over the second to form an “envelope”. From this position, you need to jump out, but at the same time get both feet on both rubber bands.

"Sevens" - we make the same "envelope" as in the previous exercise, but we jump out of it so that the legs are on both sides of the entire elastic band. Now in a jump you need to grab it cross-legged and bounce.

You're probably starting to remember how to jump into the Rubber Band, aren't you? And now "Eights" - make an "envelope", then stand on it with both feet to make a rhombus. Jump up and try to hit the center of the stretched rubber band with both feet.

"Nines" - the right leg is outside, the left is between the rubber bands. In the jump, you need to make a 180-degree turn, and move the right leg with the half hooked to it behind the other half of the elastic band. Jump out of the resulting loops, while stepping on both elastic bands.

"Tens" - ten times without stopping you need to jump into the center between the rubber bands, popping up from the right, then from the left.

Of course, there are plenty of exercises and ways to jump into the "Rubber Band". And they are all done at different heights. As soon as the "Tens" is successfully completed, the elastic band rises higher, due to which the exercise automatically becomes more difficult.
