Rybak Vladimir Vasilyevich is an active public and party figure, a politician who acted not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia. Known as the chairman of the Party of Regions. Later, for two years, he was the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Biography

Rybak V. V. was born on the third of October in the first severe post-war year. In that 1946, when the politician was born, the situation in his hometown of Donetsk, as, perhaps, in the whole country, was difficult. Little is known about the parents of this politician. So, his father was a native Ukrainian, but this fact did not have a special effect on Vladimir Rybak, since he not only practically did not know the Ukrainian language, but also mastered it with difficulty already in adulthood. But a politician in Ukraine had to speak his native dialect.

In 1961, Vladimir Rybak, having passed school exams, enters the construction technical school of the city of Yasinovataya, from which he graduated in 1963. And two years later he goes to serve in the army. The young man ends up in the Moscow District, which he will later remember with warmth and respect.

In 1968, immediately after returning from the ranks of the Soviet Army, Rybak Vladimir Vasilievich enters the State University of Donetsk, choosing the economic department. He studied successfully, and five years later he graduated from the named faculty.

Start in employment

Rybak Vladimir Vasilyevich, whose biography is full of bright events, began his career at the time when he had just come from the army and entered the university. At that time, he tried to combine studies and work in the construction department No. 565 of the city of Donetsk.

And already in the fifth year of Donetsk University, he was appointed head of the technical department, which belonged to the eighth department. He worked in this position for two years. At the end of 1975, he was transferred to the chief engineer of the first construction department, and at the beginning of the next year he began his career in the fifth department of the Santekhelektromontazh trust.

But soon he changes not only his place of work, but also his position. So, in July 1976, Rybak Vladimir Vasilyevich became the deputy head of the production department of the special column No. 2 of the Donetsk Regional Mezhkolkhozstroy.

Political activities

Since the beginning of 1976 Rybak V. V. becomes not only an active member of the Communist Party, but is also appointed head of the party commission of one of the district departments of Donetsk. For four years of work, Vladimir Vasilievich has shown himself to be a responsible and professional worker. This contributed to the fact that he was soon sent to study atHigher Party School under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. This allowed him to continue moving up the party line.

After that, Rybak Vladimir Vasilyevich was able to move up the career ladder and began to occupy higher and more prestigious positions. So, he was immediately appointed instructor of the regional party committee. And exactly one year later he became the secretary of the Kyiv regional organization of the city of Donetsk. The work fascinated him so much that he stayed in this position for five years. And only in 1988 a new appointment - the head of the Kyiv District Council.

In the same 1988, he begins to work in the district executive committee, which he soon heads. And only in 1992 Vladimir Vasilyevich became the deputy head of the executive committee of the Donetsk city council.

In 1993, Vladimir Vasilyevich was appointed mayor of the big and beautiful Donetsk. And at the same time, he becomes chairman of the local council of a developing metropolis. Residents of this region, faced with the activities of Vladimir Vasilyevich, do not give unambiguous assessments of his work. But still, most of the reviews of ordinary people in the city are positive.

He was the head of Donetsk until the middle of spring 2002. At the same time, he combined work with the activities of a deputy of the regional council. In 1994, Vladimir Vasilyevich was elected deputy chairman of the regional council. This allowed him to become one of the founders of the Party of Regions, which was created in 1997. That helpedVolodymyr Rybak not only participate in the election campaign, but also get into the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Since 2003, he has been heading the party cell of Donetsk.

Since 2006, Vladimir Rybak has been appointed Deputy Prime Minister in the government. But in 2014, when Yanukovych was removed from power, Vladimir Vasilyevich submitted his resignation, which was accepted and approved by a majority of votes. Vladimir Vasilievich tried not to participate in politics anymore.

Scientific activity

Not only politics interested Vladimir Vasilyevich. So, he was actively engaged in science, and he wrote and published more than thirty printed works. Among them there are textbooks, teaching aids, monographs and nonfiction books. Rybak has been a Doctor of Economics since 2001.

It is known that the former politician is married. His wife, Albina Ivanovna, worked as an economist. But besides this, she is also the president of a charitable foundation. In this happy union, two children appeared: Alexander and Natalya. The son also followed in his father's footsteps and is a popular politician in Kyiv. The daughter chose a job in the banking sector.

Modernity and famous politician

Currently, many people are interested not only in who Rybak Vladimir Vasilyevich is, where he is now, but also in his hobby. It is known that he still enjoys fishing and football.

Ping-pong remains his favorite pastime. In one of the interviews hetold that in his youth he played tennis well and even had the title of candidate master of sports in this form.
