Sharov Andrey: the murder and the results of the investigation

The inhabitants of the nearest houses were woken up not by an alarm clock, but by loud shots in the street. One of the witnesses, who was on the balcony of a five-story building, saw several men in the yard. Then I heard shots from a pistol, there were about seven of them. One of the participants in the shootout fell right next to a tree in the courtyard of a residential building, it was Andrey Sharov. A pool of blood appeared on the pavement, which grew larger every minute.

The murder of Andrei Sharov in Perm

On July 22, 2015, at about 4 am, two men, residents of the city of Perm, were shot dead. The incident happened in the very center of the city: on Ekaterininskaya Street, right next to a five-story residential building.

Witnesses to the shooting immediately called an ambulance and the police. Andrei Sharov could not be saved, and the second wounded man was taken to the nearest hospital. Andrey Sharov and the second injured man knew each other.

For a long time, the survivor was under the supervision of doctors and with protection, but the doctors reported that nothing threatened his life, since the injuries were not fatal.

Who was Andrey Sharov and how did he live

Killed Andrey Sharov was the founderwidespread system of out-of-school education called scouting, which originated in Perm in the early 90s.

On the Internet, rumors began to spread that the former scout organizer was a member of gangs. During the investigation, the son of the deceased Andrei Sharov, Sergei, completely denied this information and said that his father was in search of a new job, since he had recently quit and was in the status of unemployed. Moreover, the son and other relatives of Sharov cannot even imagine where such a sum of money could come from.

The work of the investigation department

According to the investigation, Andrei Sharov was killed because of a large sum of money - 28 million rubles. The attacking men stole a bag with banknotes. But what Sharov and his acquaintance were doing with such a large amount of money in the courtyard of a residential building, the investigation will have to find out. Investigators also have information that the activity of the murdered person was connected with the transfer of non-cash funds into cash.

According to the investigative committee, Andrey Vladimirovich Sharov received 2 gunshot wounds, which became fatal for him.

Criminalists worked all day at the crime scene and opened a criminal case under two articles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The investigation has a lot of questions:

– Was there a shootout between the men?

– Did the killed Sharov and the victim defend themselves from attackers with weapons?

– Were they shot defenseless?

– How many shots were fired and from whichweapons?

According to the deputy head of the investigation department, there were two killers, they were put on the wanted list. Investigators have appointed expert examinations, and are also checking the presence of records on surveillance cameras and video recorders located in the yard of cars, and are interviewing witnesses.

Results of the investigation

Later, as a result of the work of the investigation department, three suspects were caught in organizing the murder of Sharov and attempted murder. The reason for the detention was the presence in their cars and housing of part of the money, as well as weapons.

Already on July 28, investigators announced that the murder had been solved: Andrey Sharov was killed by local residents who were members of a criminal gang (Evgeny and Andrey Sultanov, Viktor Bogomyakov, Anton Lozenko and the fifth, whose name the investigators do not cover).

It turned out that at least five people participated in the organization of the crime, and three people were directly involved in the attack. It became known that the victims were fired from a traumatic weapon, and at least seventeen shots were fired. Investigators also found evidence of involvement in the murder of the above persons on the records of one of the surveillance cameras. The detainees refused to testify.

Three suspects were immediately detained, already at the end of September, Alexander Lozenko was caught in the city of Kizil and later taken to Perm. Technical means helped in the capture of this criminal. The fifth, Andrei Sultanov, surrenderedthanks to the coordinated work of the investigating authorities. One of the prisoners said that they worked for a salary of 300,000 rubles. The investigation is ongoing, but, for example, Lozenko still does not admit his participation in the attack and murder of Andrei Sharov.
