Biography

After graduating from LETI, Vladimir Kozhin went to work in the Petrograd district committee of the Komsomol, held the positions of department head and instructor. In 1986, he moved to work at the closed NPO Azimut, until 1989 he managed to work there as an engineer and leading specialist. In 1989-1990 he was sent to Germany for an internship at the Higher Commercial School. Upon his return, Kozhin created a department of foreign economic relations at Azimuth.
