In recent years, ethnic conflict in Russia is a common occurrence. Increasingly, one can observe in criminal reports clashes on ethnic grounds, as well as a manifestation of nationalism. This direction of policy in our country is more relevant than ever, but let's look at the causes of ethnic conflicts in Russia.
Who is to blame?
Don't blame nationalists and skinhead gangs for this. On the contrary, migrants from the Caucasus and Central Asia are usually to blame for this. They come here with their own rules and mentality, while feeling free from laws and regulations, because much that they cannot do according to Sharia, say, in the Caucasus, is considered permissible in Russia. Often, visitors behave boldly and arrogantly, and a large percentage of crimes are committed by them. In all countries where there is a large number of immigrants, crime begins to rise, and interethnic conflicts often occur. From here you can dothe logical conclusion is that nationalism arose as a defensive reaction to the lawlessness of migrants. The inter-ethnic conflict in Russia does not arise at all “synthetically”. The Caucasians themselves also have a very pronounced national identity, they unite in diasporas and gangs, united by religious affiliation. And often any illegal action of migrants in relation to the indigenous population grows into an interethnic conflict. In Russia, the dominance of the Asian labor force does not create conditions for the work of Russians, which also cannot but affect relations between representatives of nationalities.
Interethnic conflicts in Russia 2013
April, Stavropol… in this region there are a lot of Caucasians who arrived from neighboring Dagestan and Ingushetia. "Guests" behave extremely provocatively and aggressively, causing the growth of all kinds of crimes: from theft to murder. For example, Nikolai Naumenko, a young man of 25 years old, an athlete, died in April 2013 at the hands of two Chechens.
July, the city of Pugachev (Saratov region): a 20-year-old soldier of the Airborne Forces died at the hands of a Chechen. A native of the Caucasus used a scalpel as a murder weapon.
October, Moscow, Biryulyovo district. The murder of Yegor Shcherbakov, a young (25 years old) Russian guy. His killer is a person of Caucasian nationality, he molested a girl on the street, and Shcherbakov tried to protect her. The migrant responded by stabbing the young man, the blow was fatal.
December, the city of Arzamas (Nizhny Novgorodregion). A 26-year-old man of Caucasian nationality was killed. Knife wounds were found on the victim's body, the ambulance did not have time to deliver the victim to the hospital, he died on the way.
In addition to the above sensational situations, every day migrants commit robberies and murders of Russian residents, hundreds of girls, and sometimes even children, become victims of rape. And in St. Petersburg, the aggressive inappropriate behavior of Asians has recently begun to be expressed in open shooting on the streets of the city.
So, the inter-ethnic conflict in Russia is a phenomenon that has specific causes and is daily “warmed up” by the behavior of people of Caucasian nationality. Skirmishes will continue, gaining even more momentum, until the visa regime is introduced and the problem of illegal migration is resolved.
