The history of the institution began more than 50 years ago, when the monumental building of the Palace of Schoolchildren and Pioneers was built here.
The Palace of Creativity for Children and Youth on Miussy opened its doors to visitors in 2015. Today it is a whole range of programs for additional education and creative development for students.

Institution todayimplements more than 50 additional programs for children and adolescents (age group - from 5 to 18 years). Some of them are organized on a budgetary basis. The volume of training and development programs is from 7 to 1140 academic hours.
Classes are taught by professional teachers in small groups.
