Exhibits dedicated to the Navy are collected on the ground floor. Visitors are interested in the decrees of Peter I, a submarine from the times of the Patriotic War (a model), the anchor of an 18th-century Turkish ship found in the Sea of Azov, and other relics.

Common Grave 6
The memorial complex dedicated to the war against fascism, along with the Diorama, includes an exhibition of armored vehicles, artillery and a mass grave with registration number 6. Soldiers and officers who fell in battles for the city are buried here.
In 1942, German troops captured part of Voronezh. To liberate the city from enemies, Soviet soldiers dug in in the area between the Vogresovsky bridge and the Chernavskaya dam. The Nazis bombed and fired at the soldiers all the time. The dead soldiers were buried in a grove near the village of Monastyrshchenki. Today the area is part of the city, and the groveconverted into Patriot Park.
Until the beginning of the 90s, a monument towered over the mass grave: a soldier breaks a swastika. The monument was dismantled, but in 2010, in connection with the awarding of the title of "City of Military Glory" to Voronezh, a stele appeared in front of the "Diorama" building.
