After all, it was on the project that she received a marriage proposal on the air of the most popular show in the country. And millions of viewers have witnessed this. Everything was so touching that not only the participants of the show shed tears, but also the female audience watching it on TV screens.

Biography of Catherine

In the last month of autumn, November 1, 1982, a girl was born in the Reshetnikov family. The character of a little scorpion (born under the sign of Scorpio) began to appear from early childhood. As Katerina says, she, being small, perfectly understood what "to be able" means. Endurance, the breaking of taboos and the strength to overcome obstacles - all this was inherent in her, and she felt it.

I loved to dance since childhood. In kindergarten, she studied rhythm and danced "Chunga-Changu" at the graduation concert. ATschool, starting from the third grade, there was sports aerobics, which in those years was called "American". At the age of 13, Katerina had a second adult category. She participates in competitions and competitions of international class and receives well-deserved awards.

Ekaterina Reshetnikova did not clearly see her future profession - a choreographer, after graduating from school, but she knew that it would be sports and dancing, and by and large, dancing. That is why further study was at the Novosibirsk Pedagogical University at the Faculty of Physical Education. After graduating from high school in 2003, he goes to conquer the capital.

Dancefloor Star

Dancing doesn't stop in Moscow. Already in the second year of her stay in the capital, Ekaterina goes to the casting of the "Dance Floor Star" project. Out of 3,5 thousand participants, she passed a serious selection and was among 80 talented dancers who had to fight for the title - the best dancer in the country. According to Katerina, the project "Star of the Dance Floor" has become for her a great experience and motivation to go further in this direction.

She did not get the prize of this show, but she was noticed by the host of the TV project Sergey Mandrik, who invited Ekaterina to his dance group of the Street Jazz show ballet. A talented dancer and aspiring choreographer Ekaterina Reshetnikova started working as a teacher at a dance school.

Creative biography

In 2006, Catherine's further creative career took off. She was invited to choreographshow "Star Factory-6". At the same time, the spectacular dancer takes part in the filming of clips by Bianchi and Irakli "White Beach" and Timur Rodriguez Outinspace.

In the spring of 2006, Ekaterina Reshetnikova was invited to the Tootsie group to stage dances. This is work with graduates of "Star Factory-3" and Tatyana Ovsienko. At the same time, Reshetnikova was invited to join the SEREBRO group as a choreographer, and she performed dance performances with the singers Elka and Bianca. Such well-known television shows as "Song of the Year" and "Golden Gramophone" did not pass by Catherine. Worked as a choreographer in the project "Old and New songs about the main thing".

Show "Dancing"

No sooner does one project end than the next one awaits the viewers on the TV screen. This time it is the mega-popular project "Dancing" on TNT. No one doubts that this is the best dance project in Russia. And in it the choreographer Ekaterina Reshetnikova is part of Miguel's team.

"Dancing" absorbed Ekaterina so much that literally parting with the retiring dancers happened with tears. Talking about the project participants, she emphasizes that she does not like,when random people come. They can be seen from the first days of the project. They passed on their past skill, and then they are lazy and quickly give up. But there are only a few such participants.

A true professional dancer, Reshetnikova believes, must have perseverance and believe in what he is doing. And if there is also talent in addition to the above, then success is guaranteed. About how he puts on dances, he says that everything comes from music. Lyrics, jazz, and a breath of breeze in the park can inspire…

The stars of the show got married

The personal life of choreographer Ekaterina Reshetnikova was hidden from prying eyes, but, one way or another, was connected with the "Dancing" project. For a long time, it was not possible to hide the relationship on the project that arose with Maxim Nesterovich during their joint work in the Street Jazz dance show ballet. During his triumphant speech, after winning the project, Maxim, getting down on one knee, asked Catherine to become his wife, and heard "Yes" from a girl who did not hide her emotions from excitement.

For Katya, this step of Maxim was unexpected, she did not think that the proposal would be heard from the stage, and the whole country would hear it, especially since men are afraid of the topic of marriage. But obviously, for the eleven years of their life together, Catherine did not fully figure out the character of Maxim. And on April 7, 2016, the couple officially signed at the Savelovsky registry office in Moscow.

The husband of choreographer Ekaterina Reshetnikova Maxim's life is connected with dancing. He is a native Muscovite, dancingbegan to study in the children's group "Gnome", and from 2004 to 2010 he worked in Street Jazz (where their paths with Katya crossed). Was the director of the project "Star Factory-7".

Currently, choreographer Ekaterina Nesterovich-Reshetnikova, her husband Maxim and his brother Vlad organized the Loony band, which collaborates with the famous singer Elka.

PROKIDS

Since 2017, Ekaterina has been working with a group of guys from 8 to 13 years old, who were cast in the PROKIDS group. Being her mentor, Ekaterina gathered the best teachers with whom the guys study five times a week.

The group does not make a loud statement about itself. Teachers are focused on teaching children to be attentive, to listen and hear both music and their body. Teachers "pump" various directions in dance: Uk Jazz, Popping, Vogue, Hip-Hop, House. After attending the HHI-2017 Russian Hip-Hop Championship, the children began to work more actively in the gym.

In the summer, together with the pupils, Ekaterina visited a summer dance camp in Sochi, where intensive master classes were held by the best world-class choreographers. It was both dance fitness and theme parties, where children got a huge boost and a desire to choose dancing as their future.
