You need to forget about what is fashionable, popular, prestigious, and first of all think not about money, but about yourself. Yes, a little he althy, or, if you like, natural egoism will not hurt here, because very often children, subjected to pressure from adults (parents, grandparents or older friends), replace their aspirations with the desires of other people, call their life's work not their own, and strangersunrealized dreams. Is it possible to find a more effective way to ruin a person's life forever than to force him to do what he does not like? Hardly.

Vocation and favorite work: where is the line?

Answering the question of what a vocation is, it is important not to allow the substitution of concepts. Often people identify what they love with their destiny, while there are serious differences between these two human hypostases. So, vocation is not just “my favorite profession”, but something more abstract and less tangible. Rather, it is a kind of vector of personal movement and disposition of interests, or, if you like, a landmark to which one must strive all one's life. Thus, destiny is rather a philosophical category that describes a view of the world and a person’s place in it, while “my favorite profession” is a concrete manifestation of human destiny, these are the bricks that make up the path in the chosen direction.

The inability to be satisfied with what is available and the desire to fight are very stimulating to move forward. Mistakes are a natural part of our lives, and putting an end to your calling just because they could not be prevented is at least stupid. Mistakes should teach, but in no case lead astray, because the destiny of a person requires not only movement in the chosen direction, but also the ability to overcome all emerging difficulties. And there will probably be a lot of them, and, perhaps, only the one who does not know how to pass, but who does an excellent job of destroying illusory and not very obstacles on the way to a dream, will be happy in the end.

How not to go astray?

You can think and reason about this topic for a long time, although the secret of success is actually very simple: you need to be able to relax.

It is important to find an outlet, a warm hearth where you can warm up and come to your senses. You must not allow yourself to turn into ashes, because to "burn" is to achievea certain point of no return, when life suddenly loses its colors, and forward movement occurs solely by inertia. The feeling of fatigue tends to accumulate, and the more it is deposited somewhere in the bins of the human soul, the more destructive effect it has on the personality. That's when the destination becomes not an incentive, but a curse, an eternal webbing that you can't, you just can't help but pull. It is here that the routine begins, the feeling of dissatisfaction, and, as a result, despondency, apathy, nervous breakdowns and prolonged depression. This is a matter not only of physical, but also of mental, psychological he alth, which means that this should by no means be neglected.

Where to look for support?

It is unlikely that anyone doubts that "a person needs a person." However, many underestimate the involvement of other people in their lives. However, without exception, each of us knows the feeling that Diogenes once experienced when he went in search of someone with a torch. This is a desire, no, rather a thirst to bury your nose in a human chest, to feel warmth, affection, support, support, to express everything that you want to express, and to remain silent about what should be clear without words.

Behind every great or successful person there were close friends, relatives, parents who encouraged, comforted in sorrowful moments and guided them on the right path. Isn't it more pleasant to try for someone other than yourself than to try only for yourself? The highest vocation for all people, in any case, is one thing - to love and be loved. This is something worth living for, and for what,perhaps not afraid to die.

The question of vocation is very often taken by surprise, because on the way to answering it, people encounter many confusing factors. Such factors include, for example, the desire to earn a lot.

There is certainly nothing wrong with this, but exactly as long as we alth does not become an end in itself and does not replace all human values. Here, first of all, it is important not to cross the line when the end justifies any means. A vocation can bring pleasure only when the highest moral law is not violated. Human history, experience, and literature clearly show that happiness built on “foreign blood” is, in fact, not happiness. Is it possible to be disappointed in your calling?

But not only meanness makes us unhappy. Working for the soul is very often opposed to working for money, which is one of the reasons people end up disappointed in their chosen calling. Is it possible that if these two concepts are not put on opposite sides of the barricades, the problem will be solved?

A person necessarily becomes rich if he achieves high skill in his favorite business, however, if he sprays himself on something that is not to his liking, in the hope of mountains of gold, successimpossible a priori. A true musician creates from the heart, therefore does not depend on changeable fashion and remains in people's memory not for years or even decades. Such a person can certainly say that he has fulfilled his destiny. After all, what is a calling, if not the ability to listen to your heart?
