Dymarsky Vitaly Naumovich is a hereditary journalist and publicist. He was born on February 22, 1947 in the city of Lvov. His father is Naum Aleksandrovich, a well-known sports journalist, commentator, TV and radio host.

The hero of our article graduated from high school with high marks, then received a higher education. He studied at the Moscow Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, received the profession of a translator. At the beginning of his career, in 1968, he worked at the Progress publishing house. After, from 1973 to 1983, he was the editor and translator of articles from the journal "Problems of Peace and Socialism" - an international publication that was published in Prague. It was then that Vitaly Dymarsky became interested in journalism and moved into this direction.
In 1983-1989, the young man worked as a columnist at the Novosti Press Agency, and in 1989-1991 he served as a consulting editor at the Kommunist magazine. For the next seven years (until 1999), Vitaly Dymarsky was in charge of the RIA Novosti correspondent office based in France.
In the early 2000s, the journalist held senior positions at TV Center and Radio Russia. WasDeputy Chief Editor of Rossiyskaya Gazeta from 2001 to 2004. Vitaly Dymarsky hosted the radio programs Hearing Test and The Price of Victory on Ekho Moskvy radio. From 2011 to the present, he has been the editor-in-chief of the historical publication Diletant.

Private life
Dymarsky Vitaly was married to Elena Lazarevna Meerovich. In this union, two children were born - son Alexei and daughter Marina, the journalist has two grandchildren. The wife passed away in 2013. She was the older sister of producer Alexei Makarevich and cousin of musician Andrei Makarevich.
