It is equally important for America that its strength and power be recognized throughout the world, causing awe and submission. Therefore, active propaganda of American developments is carried out around the world, being part of the propaganda activities of US specialists.
For America, one of the main roles is played by the consolidation of their developments and their recognition at the world level. This will allow them to attract the best specialists from other countries to work, while depriving these states of their intellectual potential.
