Starting the equipment can be set to automatic mode. This means that at the moment the float sensor fixes an increase or decrease in the liquid level, the device will independently decide whether to turn on or off the suction function. The maximum number of starts-stops is 100 per hour. In order to increase the reliability of this pump, the developers used high-strength composite and stainless steel in the design, so sand and other impurities do not have a harmful effect on the internal surfaces of the unit.

Alpha2 circulation pump

The basic version of the Alpha unit is considered one of the best in the general segment of circular pumps. Today, a fresh modification of Alpha2 is also gaining popularity, the list of advantages of which includes energy efficiency, resistance to damage and increased reliability in any conditions. By the way, the power consumption of this model in standby mode is only 800 kW. As practice shows, with such a supply, the Grundfos circulation pump is capable of providing a pressure of up to 8 m, which allows servicing private households up to 300 m2 ². The installation also implements protective systems, among which is an automatic restart in case of a “dry” run. In general, the developers paid special attention to the launch characteristics. So, even after a long standby mode, the unit starts itself at the beginning of the heating season.

MP 1 borehole pump

Widely represented in the assortment of the Danish company are borehole pumps, designed, among other things, for sampling groundwater. These include the MP 1 model, which allows you to perform well cleaning procedures, as well as pumping out contaminated media. The compact Grundfos well pumps of this series are suitable for working at depths up to 80 m. At the same time, the diameter of the created well can be as small as 2 inches. The unit is also characterized by balanced technical and operational indicators. For example, the plant capacity is 2.5m³/h at 220V.

DPK and DWK submersible pumps

The basis of the family of submersible units is formed by two series - DPK and DWK. Both modifications are designed to perform drainage and dehumidification operations. The DWK version has an upper discharge port and a filter installed in the suction line - this design is considered optimal for temporary operation. The DPK model is equipped with a side outlet so that it can be installed on an annular base or with an automatic pipe coupling. Therefore, it is advisable to use the Grundfos submersible pump in the DPK version in continuous operation, requiring a stationary installation. In both cases, the units provide a capacity of around 430 m³/h, delivering a head of 102 m.

Self-priming unitJP

If you need a universal device for household work in a private house or on a garden plot, then the JP model will do. This is a small-sized Grundfos pump, the characteristics of which are optimal for individual use - the productivity reaches 4.5 m³/h, and the head is about 50 m. There are two modifications of the unit. The basic version is a block construction with a cover, a lantern and a base plate made of composite materials. The second option provides the same device, but the main working parts are made of stainless steel.

To implement water supply functions with small requirements for pressure potential, the manufacturer recommends supplementing the installation with a Grundfos pressure regulator. Pumps in this configuration can provide stable lifting of water from a depth of 8 meters at a pressure of 6 bar.

Sump pump SPO

Another representative of the household segment, focused specifically on use in summer cottages and country houses. The design of the SPO is predominantly made of corrosion-resistant components, and high-quality stainless steel was used in the manufacture of the flow part and the guide vane chamber. The model provides a flow of up to 6.5 m³/h, maintaining a stable head up to 75 m. In terms of application, this is rather a universal Grundfos pump. Borehole water intake, for example, is possible at points with a diameter of 5-6 inches. But mainly such models are used to collect water from precipitation, maintainpressure in water supply systems and as submersible installations for irrigation of gardens and orchards. The features of the unit include a double shaft seal at the ends, the possibility of using a float switch and, in general, wide mounting possibilities.

Hydro MPC pumping station

In addition to devices for domestic use, the manufacturer also produces reliable equipment for commercial and industrial facilities. High-tech representatives of this group include the high-pressure Hydro MPC station. The unit provides water supply in volumes of about 1080 m³/h, while the pressure reaches 155 m. The maximum pressure level in the basic version is 16 bar, and in special modifications it is increased to 25 bar.

It is worth noting the control system, which is implemented using a special Grundfos technology. Pumps in the MPC series can operate automatically and according to the settings made through the control panel with the controller. The intelligent system allows the station to quickly adapt to the needs of the user, which ultimately ensures operation at optimal performance with minimal power consumption.
