Each animal and plant on Earth is unique. Over the centuries-old history of human civilization, a huge number of representatives of the animal world have disappeared from the face of the Earth. But even more are still under the threat of complete extermination. Rare and endangered plants and animals can forever remain only on posters and in our memories if we do not take care of them. Our planet has not yet been fully explored, and new representatives of flora and fauna appear every year, but there are many more of those who are on the verge of extinction.
Araripian manakin is a small bird with an amazing black-white-red color of feathers. Found only in Brazil on the Ararip plateau. There are just over 500 left in the world. Other rarest animals are Javan rhinos. These majestic and graceful animals are no longer in the wild. Only in the national park of Indonesia can you observe them in their natural habitat. The whole trouble with these amazing creatures is that the skin, meat, bones and horns supposedly have healing properties. For which they were mercilessly destroyed for quite aa long time.
Rafetus Svaino - the rarest animals! These unique soft-bodied turtles, which have been a symbol of Vietnam for more than five centuries, barely escaped the sad fate of remaining only depicted in paintings and photographs. There are no more than 4 individuals of these animals in the world. The mysterious, secretive and graceful saola is one of the last mammals discovered by scientists just over 20 years ago. These are the rarest animals. No one still knows how many individuals live in nature, and of the small number of specimens caught in captivity, not one survived.
But not only the animal world is being destroyed, many species of plants and grasses are also dying out. Few people can already say that they saw a clearing of snowdrops or a field of edelweiss. And the famous red camellia? This luxurious and fragrant flower today has survived only in two copies.
Nature is the world in which a person is born, with the help of which he cognizes his environment. Nature must be treated with more than just respect. We must understand that there is nothing infinite in it, if we do not preserve the we alth that it has bestowed on us, they will run out. Endangered and rare animal species are an essential part of the great life cycle of our universe. Social measures taken: national parks, nature reserves, sanctuaries - this is not all that a person can do to preserve the entire diversity of flora and fauna on the planet. Too many more poachersof which the rarest animals are just another trophy, there are many lovers to cut off flowering meadows of daisies and thoughtlessly ruin their beauty.
Nature has no bad or unnecessary species. Absolutely everything is needed to maintain balance. It doesn't matter if they are numerous or not. For many millions of years of the existence of the planet, animals and plants have adapted to each other, learned to live together. And if we destroy this amazing connection, they will leave us forever.
