Evgeny Alekseevich Fedorov was born in Leningrad on May 11, 1963. Currently, he is a political figure, a member of a committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, as well as a member of the Central Political Council of United Russia, a coordinator of the National Liberation Movement organization.
Education and military career
After graduating from school, Evgeny Alekseevich decides to enter the Higher Military Educational Institution. In 1985, he graduated from the USSR Navy School, acquiring the speci alty of an energy engineer.

The official announcement of Yevgeny Fedorov as a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the seventh convocation takes place on September 23, 2016, and direct participation in the seventh convocation begins on October 5, 2016, still in the United Russia party.
