The surname Druzhinin today is heard by almost everyone who has ever watched TV. But today we will not talk about the popular choreographer and star of the show "Dancing" on TNT, but about his father, an equally talented choreographer, director and actor Vladislav Yurievich Druzhinin.

Biography

The biography of Vladislav Druzhinin began in the hero city of Leningrad. The future choreographer was born on June 21, 1948. Vladislav showed interest in dancing from early childhood, so his desire to connect his life with them did not come as a surprise to his parents. Although they did not support this venture.

Nevertheless, Vladislav Druzhinin studied at the Leningrad Vagankovsky Choreographic School. After that, he successfully graduated from the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts. Druzhinin's teachers at LGITMiK were masters G. A. Tovstonogov and R. S. Agamirzyan.

But our hero did not stop there. He continued his studies in graduate school, studying the intricacies of stage movement and swordsmanship.

In the movie "Unlike" our hero played the role of Vladik's hairdresser. The last work in the cinema to this day was a picture called "The Smile of God, or Purely Odessa Story", which was released in 2008.

At the age of 8-9, Vladislav tried to take his son to a choreographic class, but he categorically refused. When the boy was 14, he expressed a desire to dance. Father spread his hands, saying "It's too late to start." Everything changed Yegor's meeting with an American choreographer, who told the guy that he himself first entered the ballet class at the age of 24. So Yegor began to dance professionally.

What can I say… Apparently, you can't argue against heredity. In fairness, it should be noted that the grandchildren of Vladislav Druzhinin are also interested in dancing. But grandfather stubbornly does not involve them in his projects and hopes that his grandchildren will not become artists.
