This can be achieved by increasing the competitiveness of manufactured products (services), which undoubtedly contributes to the improvement of PCBs (the term will be explained below). Moreover, for these purposes, the achievements of scientific and technological progress are mainly used. In addition, increasing the efficiency of the technological process, forcing mismanagement, the manifestation of one's own initiatives, as well as the activation of entrepreneurship will help to fulfill the tasks set. It should be noted that the implementation of these tasks is possible only with the improvement of PCBs (decoding - production and economic activities). PCBs in the army

So, this concept in the armed forces means a park and economic day, that is, any day of the week when the process of restoring order, cleaning all adjacent territories and premises (regardless of their purpose) takes place. In addition, PCB includes the repair of internal roads and park fences, putting things in order in park premises, on the territory of a military camp, repairing shoes and personal belongings, carrying out restoration work on furniture, inventory, barracks equipment, and so on.
