Biography

Oleg Aleksandrovich Kuvshinnikov was born on 1965-02-02 in Cherepovets. From childhood he was fond of hockey and even received the category of a candidate for master of sports. After graduating from school in 1982, he went to work as a mechanic at the Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant. Worked in the repair shop for coke equipment.

From 1985 to 1987 served in the Soviet Army in the city of Kemerovo, served in the communications battalion. Demobilized with the rank of foreman. Then he continued to work at the plant as a rolling mill operator in the section rolling shop. At the same time, he studied at the Technical School of Soviet Trade, in 1991 he graduated with honors and entered the Trade and Economic Institute of St. Petersburg.
