Vasily Funtikov is a talented actor who managed to become famous at a young age. He first announced himself thanks to Krosh's Vacation. Vasily Funtikov: the beginning of the journey

The star of the film "Krosh's Vacation" was born in Moscow. It happened in July 1962. Vasily Funtikov was born into a family far from the world of cinema. His father was engaged in scientific activities, and his mother worked at Mosenergo. Vasily is not the only child of his parents, the actor has a younger brother.

As a child, Vasily could not even imagine that he would become a famous actor. The boy played the accordion and the violin, he was predicted to have a brilliant career in the musical field. Funtikov was only nine years old when he accidentally caught the eye of Rolan Bykov's assistant. The woman convinced the parents of a charming boy to bring him to the casting. As a result, the aspiring actor played a small role in the film "The Car, the Violin and the Blot Dog". His name did not even get into the credits, but being on the setVasily liked the site.

First roles

Already in 1975, Vasily Funtikov played his first major role. The young man starred in the television movie "The Poacher Hunter" by Maria Muat. His hero is the schoolboy Vasya, who is trying to resist the poachers. The boy does not fight alone with violators, he is helped by friends and a devoted dog named Kolchan.

In 1979, Funtikov again got on the set. He was entrusted with the role of Sashka Gannushkin in the television movie "Fork Fork", intended for young viewers. The first successes inspired the novice actor, he decided to connect his life with cinema.

Highest hour

"Krosh's Vacation" - a mini-series, thanks to which Vasily Funtikov woke up famous. His biography says that this happened in 1980. Many aspiring actors tried to get the main role in this TV project. However, it was Vasily who liked the director Grigory Aronov. The guy was forced to combine work on the set with a visit to school. He barely passed his final exams.

The mini-series was a great success with the audience. Krosh, the hero of Vasily, for some time turned into an idol of youth. Of course, the actor who embodied this image has a lot of fans. The girls wrote love letters to Funtikov and waited for him on the street.

The actor had a chance to embody the image of Sergei Krasheninnikov twice more. Vasily played this hero in the films “Sunday, half past six” and “Unknownsoldier.”
