And if the length of your legs significantly exceeds the obtained value, then you can proudly say that they are long.

Of course, long legs are wonderful, but it is much more important that proportions are observed in relation to the whole body. Studies have shown that the optimal ratio of the lengths of the body and legs is 1 to 1.4. In this situation, even with short stature, one can be considered long-legged.
