Ravreba Maxim is a person who has been and is being talked about a lot. An excellent journalist and blogger, he gained his greatest popularity during the infamous Maidan in Kyiv and the events that followed. Maxim Valerievich was born in the capital of the Ukrainian SSR on October 7, 1968. Then it was part of a huge country under the proud name of the Soviet Union. Maxim studied at a simple secondary school No. 70. After graduating from ten classes and receiving a certificate of secondary education, he entered the Kyiv Technological Institute. After graduating from the institute, Maxim was qualified as a mechanical engineer. But hedid not stop there and immediately entered the Kyiv State University at the Faculty of History. It is worth noting that the study did not prevent him from serving two years in the ranks of the Soviet troops and returning to his studies. Thus, he received two higher educations, and already in 1995 he could choose a job to his liking in the capital.

From the very beginning, Ravreb Maxim criticized and continues to criticize until now what he considers wrong and unacceptable. He is not shy or afraid to say what he thinks. Back in 2004, he was highly critical of the Orange Revolution and those who organized it. Subsequently, during the reign of President Yushchenko, Maxim constantly denounced the authorities for their failure to govern the country. More than 10 years later, he also sharply criticizes the Kyiv Maidan. Mostthe interesting thing is that back in the summer of 2013, Maxim was able to predict all the events that would happen later. Yes, this is not surprising, because every sane person who carefully observes what is happening in the country could foresee that something very terrible will happen in Ukraine soon.

Expressing his views on social networks and publishing them on his blog, Ravreba Maxim not only gained many fans, but also found enemies. Speaking against the actions of the Maidan, and supporting the incumbent president and Berkut, he became one of the main enemies of those who supported the future leaders of Ukraine. Maxim turned out to be one of those who, not succumbing to the hypnosis of the media and calls from the stands, remained true to his ideas. At first, he was stopped from being shown on television and a taboo was placed on his personality. Then pressure began on the network, where his blog began to be bombarded with death threats. But Ravreba was never a coward. Even after constant threats, he did not leave his hometown, and tried to reach people by expressing his thoughts.

It's safe to say that Maxim Ravreba is a journalist with a capital letter. This is exactly what a real representative of this fifth power should be. Do not be afraid of pressure, do not succumb to fear, be adamant and incorruptible - these are the basic principles of his work. But be that as it may, it has become too dangerous to be in Kyiv. First, the blogger's name was listed as persona non grata on all popular television programs. Then Maxim was blacklisted forwebsite "Peacemaker". There was a lot of talk about this site, but the main danger was that people began to die, whose names were on the same list as Ravreba. Oleg Kalashnikov, Oles Buzina … talked a lot about the circumstances of the death of these people. One thing was known for sure: someone was killing people who were objectionable to the authorities. And Maxim did not wait for his turn. He left for Russia, from where he continues to conduct his activities on the network. No one can call this departure of Maxim cowardice. More like prudence. While still in Kyiv, he, without fear, put on a St. George ribbon on May 9 and went to lay flowers at a soldier's grave. He, of course, was not the only brave person, but still, most people, according to him, shied away at the sight of this forbidden symbol. I would like to note that both before and now, Maxim continues to write articles in which he sharply condemns the Kyiv authorities and their actions against Donbass. It is for these thoughts that he is called a "terrorist", although in the world the militia of Donbass was not recognized as terrorist.
