Spiridon Pavlovich Kilinkarov is a former people's deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and a former communist, expelled from the party for disagreeing with its central line.
Origin and early years
The Ukrainian politician was born on September 14, 1968 in Lugansk, in Soviet Ukraine. Spiridon Pavlovich Kilinkarov is Greek by nationality. The origin, as befits a communist, is a worker. Father, Pavel Levantovich, worked at the city car assembly plant as a mechanic, however, he later rose to the position of head of the supply department. Mom, Zinaida Spiridonovna, was engaged in housekeeping and raising children. The politician's wife is Irina Sergeevna Kilinkarova, born in 1967. The couple have three children: a son and two daughters.
Starting from childhood, almost all life is connected with Lugansk. After graduating from local high schoolSpiridon Pavlovich entered the local machine-building institute, where he studied at the Faculty of Mechanics. He's a little unlucky. When Spiridon was in his second year, the Soviet Union canceled the deferment from military service for students. He was called up for military service, and he served honestly. And even took part in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident on the territory of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Fortunately, no significant he alth effects.
In private business
After demobilization, he returned to his native institute, after which he received the qualification of a mechanical engineer. During his studies, he worked as a loader. He received a diploma of higher education already in independent Ukraine. In the early years, he tried himself in the business of repairing cars and buses.
In subsequent years (1992-1995) he continued to work in private business, becoming the founder of the company "Public Partnership". Responsible for the supply and sale of products and services in the public organization "Soyuzavto" as head of the supply and sales department.
In public service
In 1995, he competed for one of the district executive committees of the city of Lugansk for the position of chairman of the committee dealing with family and youth issues. Since 1998, he has been working as an assistant-consultant for People's Deputy Sergei Doroguntsov, representing the Communist Party. In the same year, Spiridon Pavlovich graduated with honors from the Eastern Ukrainian National University.
In 2001joined the Communist Party of Ukraine. By this time, Spiridon Pavlovich Kilinkarov had been working for about five years in the apparatus of the Lugansk Regional Committee of the Communist Party. A literate and active young communist was noticed, he began to quickly advance along the party line. By 2003, he was already a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, and in 2005 he was elected to the post of first secretary of the regional committee.
At the peak of my career
Spiridon Pavlovich Kilinkarov is a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the V-VII convocations, where he was elected from 2006 to 2014. In the early years he de alt with issues of labor and social policy, in the Rada of subsequent convocations he was responsible for European integration policy, then for construction, housing and communal services and regional policy.
In 2010, he ran as a candidate for the post of mayor of Luhansk, lost only 21 votes to the candidate from the Party of Regions. Spiridon Pavlovich did not recognize the results, accusing the election commission of falsifying the vote count.
Since the beginning of the Maidan, it has been said more than once that the real indignation of the people was taken advantage of by radicals and fascists, who only belong behind bars. He called the outbreak of conflict in Ukraine contrary to the Constitution of the country and occurred with the money of Western countries. Currently, he is a regular participant in political talk shows on Russian television.
