In the 2013-2014 season, the Almaty team won the silver of the Major League together with Altynbekova, who joined it at the age of 16.

15 teams participated in the XVII Asian Junior Volleyball Tournament (girls under 18) held in Taiwan. The victory in the championship was won by the team of volleyball players from the People's Republic of China. The second place was awarded to the Japanese team, the third - to Korea. The seventh place went to the national team from Kazakhstan, but this did not prevent her from being remembered by the fans for a long time due to the new volleyball star Sabina Altynbekova.
